I sometimes drive around Houston in the blue hour looking for parking lots, funny right. there are a few building near downtown, and I simply follow someone's car into the parking lot building, drive to the top and voila, a perfect clear shot of downtown. The dilemma sometimes is the bottom frame can be boring but in this case the lights worked in my favor.
