The Guggenheim Museum. Its not free to enter though and theres generally lots of traffic passing this spot making it very difficult to get a good clear shot.

When Hurricane Sandy came into town, all the subway stations were closed and put into lock down but I found one that had barrier broken into by a homeless man who used this as shelter. The spot was dry but many others flooded.

In central park there is this spot called the Mall which is covered in brick, its quite a gathering spot.

This is particular spot in central park, at The Mall which can be easily ignored but walking underneath it, its lavish colors and design.

To create this particular look, it was processed with photolooks, and  given a tilt shift effect. This is a view of New Jersey as seen from Battery Park which was totally flooded. So what you are seeing is hurricane sandy finally blowing over leaving power outages in its wake.
