A view from the Charles bridge looking down at the restaurants, processed in Photolooks with a Tilt Shift effect. The bridge itself is an amazing attraction but as if that's not enough on either side it filled with beautiful outdoor restaurants, one of them has a hot air balloon which is docked on the far right of the picture.

The buildings along the Charles bridge seem countless and they are all beautiful, laden with art that goes back many years. I only wish I could spend 6 months there so as to capture the beauty of it. Spending only a few days was not enough time.

I was overwhelmed with the beauty and reflections the cit of Prague had to offer. Along side the Charles bridge one can see so many pretty lights as the blue hour comes to dark. I walked all the way to an adjacent bridge to setup the 70-200mm lens. I could see other hobby photographers setting up their tripods but I noticed none of them had any zoom lens. Sometimes compressing the image can add drama to it.

Rather than use a zoom lens I opted for the prime 500mm which I liked because it gave me more water reflections to compose in the image. One can rent paddle boats, and if I had a girlfriend i would most certainly take her out on the river as the sun sets. Prague has to be one of the most romantic cities I've visited.

A small alley near the oldest library in Prague. The cobble stone road felt good to walk upon, reminds me that I'm somewhere else, the old walls, narrow paths that wind up and down. A mini adventure as I did not know where it would lead me to.

The architecture on Prague is simply fantastic. A photographers dream come true as it seemed there was endless chances to take pictures of everything and everywhere and when ya were too tired to take another step, chances are, there was a restaurant or cafe right there.

The local tram passing by during rush hour, lol if you can call it that. There seemed to be very little traffic when I was there. These trams seemed so romantic to me, watching them pass by as I stood there on the cobble stone road.

An art exhibition out in the open. As I walked down narrow streets I unexpectedly came across are art exhibit. I did not know what to make of this or exactly how to shoot it but i choose head on for symmetry. I was hesitant to go further in as I saw some big fellas moving in on me, guards, working there to protect the artwork. I did not want to make them nervous so I got my shot and quickly left.

The roof tops were laden will red tiles and the sun was settings and the hot air balloon had just taken off. The moment felt magical.

A statue near the Charles bridge in Prague. a very subtle hdr. There are lots of these and sometime I felt saddened because I did not know the story behind a statue but I could only help but think of the story it has told, the meaning it holds to the citizens that walk past it every day.
